As the Distributor and Principal of Guardian Spine, Inc., Brandon has dedicated more than a decade to supporting surgeons with advanced spinal implants and medical supplies that make a difference in patients’ lives. This mission stems from his earlier years in the military, where service and commitment to others shaped his values. Guardian Spine, Inc. is more than a business to Brandon—it’s a continuation of that calling to serve and help people regain strength, mobility, and quality of life. 

Derek Collum has 25 years of experience spanning various defense and private sectors, including leadership roles at General Dynamics, Force Protection Industries, and BAE Systems.  Derek successfully delivered over $1 billion in government contracts enhancing service delivery and operational performance. Prior to Guardian Spine, he managed P&L for a cybersecurity consulting startup firm supporting a Federal DISA program through ManTech International. Derek's early career advancements included roles at Siemens Energy & Automation and Anheuser-Busch.

As Chief Operating Officer at Guardian Spine, Inc., Derek's focus is driving strategic growth of the Healthcare Division by leading major capital projects for state government hospitals and expanding federal partnerships. This includes supply chain optimization, medical equipment material planning, and delivering specialized solutions for government and healthcare clients.  His expertise covers business growth and strategy, technology product management, supply chain optimization, and program management. Derek is professionally certified in executive sales, compliance, PMP, and Lean Six Sigma, underscoring a commitment to measurable results.
